A full waterproof and breathable membrane is inside the upper of the boot just behind the leather protecting the whole boot including the stitching and the tongue.

INSOLE

The Gator "Comfit Air" insole has elevation in the heel and ball area of the foot as well as supporting the longitudinal arch. This helps the foot keep its natural position in the shoe.
